Refunds and cancellations.
The Dialiqa subscription is sold and billed through Paddle. This page explains the route for cancellation and refund requests without limiting your legal rights.
Last updated: October 14, 2026Trial and recurring billing
A seven-day free trial is available once for the first verified site on an account. A payment method is collected at checkout; no subscription charge is made during an eligible free trial. If it is not canceled before the trial ends, billing starts at $59 USD per month, plus any applicable taxes shown at checkout. Additional companies, repeat subscriptions and unverified sites are charged immediately. Cancel an eligible trial before it ends to avoid its first subscription charge.
Cancel a subscription
Use the Manage subscription link in your Paddle receipt or the billing portal in your Dialiqa account to cancel. You can also request cancellation through Paddle's buyer-support site. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current billing period and stops future renewal charges.
Request a refund
Use the support link on your Paddle receipt, your account billing page, or Paddle's buyer-support site to request a refund. Please contact Dialiqa through the contact form if a technical problem prevents you from using the service, so we can try to resolve it. If we cannot resolve it, provide the details to Paddle.
Eligibility and statutory rights
Paddle handles refund decisions under its buyer terms and refund policy. Eligibility depends on applicable law and the circumstances of the purchase. A request does not automatically guarantee a refund. Nothing on this page limits non-waivable consumer rights, including applicable withdrawal rights. Where this summary differs from Paddle's buyer terms or refund policy, those documents govern the Paddle transaction.
If you need more information, send a request through the contact page.
