Information we collect

We collect only the information needed to provide and improve the product.

• Account details such as name and work email.
• Company information, settings, and content you choose to add.
• Customer conversations and submitted details when you enable those workflows.
• Technical and security data required to operate and protect the service.

How information is used

We use this information to provide your workspace, run the workflows you configure, support your team, prevent misuse, and improve reliability. We do not sell personal information.

Optional analytics and ad measurement

On public Dialiqa pages, you can separately allow Google Analytics to measure visits and Google Ads to measure advertising traffic. Google tags are not loaded before you allow at least one of these options. You can change your choice using Cookie settings. If you allow Analytics, Dialiqa may keep the validated visit source, medium and campaign in your browser for up to seven days and link them to a newly verified account. For a new, consented and verified account, we also send Google Analytics a sign_up event with a generic email method and synthetic page location; it contains no email address, account identifier, private URL, workspace, conversation or payment details. Google Analytics enhanced measurement is disabled; other private routes are not explicitly tracked. Raw ad-click IDs, email addresses and private page contents are not stored in the attribution record. You may request deletion of your account and linked attribution data through the contact page.

Affiliate referrals

When our affiliate program is enabled, Cookie settings offers separate FirstPromoter consent. Only after you allow it, its script runs on public pages and saves referral cookies such as _fprom_tid and _fprom_ref. If you then subscribe, your account email and ID are linked to the referral through Paddle custom data. Paddle also sends billing notifications directly to FirstPromoter to calculate commissions and handle renewals, cancellations and refunds; that notification stream can include purchases without affiliate attribution. We do not send workspace sources, conversations or card numbers to FirstPromoter. You can withdraw optional referral tracking through Cookie settings; this clears available referral cookies and stops future application-level linking, but does not erase existing provider records or stop Paddle's billing notification stream. Contact us to request deletion.

Workspace content and AI

Company sources and customer conversations remain associated with the relevant workspace. Dialiqa does not use private workspace content to train general-purpose models unless a separate agreement explicitly allows it.

Sharing and service providers

Information may be processed by infrastructure and technology providers where needed to operate the service. If you choose a paid subscription, Paddle processes checkout, payment, billing and refund data as the seller of record under its own buyer terms and privacy notice. Dialiqa receives the subscription and customer identifiers needed to administer access; we do not store payment-card details. Contact us for information about other service providers.

Retention and control

Information is kept only for as long as it is needed for the service, legal obligations, security, and dispute prevention. Workspace owners may request access, correction, export, or deletion through the contact page.

Security and changes

We apply access controls, separated workspaces, secure sessions, and operational safeguards appropriate to the stage of the product. No system can promise absolute security. Material changes to this notice will be shown with a new effective date.
