Using Dialiqa

You may use Dialiqa only for lawful business purposes and must provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity in your workspace and for protecting account access.

Your content and responsibilities

You retain rights to information you provide. You authorize Dialiqa to process it only as needed to provide the service. You must have the necessary rights and notices before adding personal information or customer conversations.

Service and subscription

Dialiqa is the brand of the individual operating this service; it is not represented here as an incorporated company. Features may change as the product develops. We may limit or suspend functionality to protect users, address security issues, or maintain service quality.

A separate subscription is required for each company/site using the public widget. The plan is $59 USD per month per company. The first site on an account may receive one seven-day free trial after site-ownership verification and checkout with a payment method. Additional companies, repeat subscriptions and unverified sites start paid immediately. Before subscription, the account offers up to 15 private preview questions; the public widget is not available. Checkout shows the final amount and applicable taxes before confirmation. A trial converts to a paid recurring subscription unless canceled before it ends. You may cancel through the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. Mandatory rights and the refund policy remain unaffected.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to break the law, mislead people, send abusive or unsolicited communications, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, or make high-impact decisions without appropriate human review.

AI-assisted output

Automated output can be incomplete or incorrect. Workspace owners must configure approved sources and safeguards, review sensitive workflows, and keep a human escalation path. Dialiqa is not a substitute for legal, medical, financial, or other regulated professional judgment.

Ownership, availability, and liability

Dialiqa and its product materials remain the property of their respective owner. A particular service level is not guaranteed unless separately agreed. Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law; mandatory rights remain unaffected.

Ending access and changes

You may stop using the service at any time. We may end access for serious misuse or risk. Material changes will be communicated through the product or website before they take effect where required.
